By using Senstiv you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree, do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Senstiv lets you log meals and symptoms, analyse patterns with AI, and receive recipes tailored to your food sensitivities.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Senstiv is not a medical product. Information does not replace professional medical advice.
4. Account
- Keep your credentials confidential.
- Notify us of any unauthorised use.
- Provide accurate information.
5. Subscription & Payments
Managed via Google Play / App Store. Auto-renews unless cancelled 24h in advance. No refunds for partial periods except as required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
Prohibited: illegal use, unauthorised access, reverse engineering, harmful or fraudulent content.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the app belong to Senstiv. Your data is yours; you grant us a limited licence to provide the service.
8. Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all your data at any time from this page.
9. Availability
We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee freedom from interruptions.
Service discontinuation. We may permanently discontinue Senstiv. In that case we will give you at least 30 days’ notice via in-app notice and/or email. During that period you can export your data (reports from the app, or by requesting a copy at support@senstiv.com). Subscriptions will not renew after the announcement, and unused paid periods will be refunded in accordance with App Store / Google Play policies and applicable law. After shutdown, data will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Senstiv is not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
11. Amendments
We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use implies acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of Lisbon (Portugal) shall have jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of habitual residence, including the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
